Warranty

Every Manceli piece comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the day your order is delivered.

What is covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship that show up with normal wear, such as a broken clasp, a loose stone or a faulty finish.

What is not covered

• Damage from accidents, misuse or alterations.
• Everyday wear such as small scratches.
• Lost pieces, or stones lost after an impact.

How to make a claim

Email contato@manceli.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If your piece is covered, we will repair or replace it, or refund it if a replacement is not available. The warranty is in addition to your 30-day returns.
