We want you to love every piece. If something is not right, here is how we can help.
30-day returns
- You can return pieces within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.
- Pieces must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings must be returned unworn.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the piece is faulty or not what you ordered.
- Once we receive your return, we refund the price of the piece to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Faulty or damaged items
If your piece arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will replace or refund it, including the original shipping, and cover the return shipping.
1-year warranty
Every piece is covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from delivery. See our Warranty page for what is covered and how to make a claim.

Contact us with your order number and the piece you would like to return. We will reply with the next steps and the return address.
