Materials

What is Manceli jewelry made of?
Stainless steel with gold PVD plating. Some pieces come in a silver tone. Each product page lists the materials of that piece.

Is it waterproof?
Yes. You can wear it in the ocean, the shower and at the gym.

Will it tarnish or fade?
Stainless steel does not oxidize like brass or silver, and PVD plating bonds the gold to the steel. With normal wear your piece keeps its color.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Stainless steel is hypoallergenic and gentle on most sensitive skin.

Orders and shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 8–15 business days after dispatch, with tracking. See Shipping.

Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders of $40 and over. Orders under $40 have a flat rate of $4.95.

How does buy one, get one 50% off work?
Add any two pieces to your cart and the lower-priced one is 50% off, automatically. With four pieces, the two lower-priced ones are 50% off, and so on. No code needed.

How can I pay?
In US dollars, with PayPal, or with a credit or debit card through PayPal checkout.

Do you charge sales tax?
Any sales tax that applies to your order is shown at checkout, before you pay.

Returns and warranty

Can I return a piece?
Yes, unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, earrings must be returned unworn. See Returns & Exchanges.

Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every piece is covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from delivery. See Warranty.
